1 lb boneless/ skinless Chicken
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Zucchini (shredded)
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
1 Lime
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Place chicken, garlic, peanut butter, chicken broth, Zucchini, soy sauce, bell pepper and red pepper flakes into crock pot.
3. Cook on low for 3 hours.
4. 30 minutes to chicken being done, boil your noodles and drain.
5. Add pasta to crock pot, and add juice of the lime. mix well.
serve.
