1 lb Sausage
32 oz Chicken Broth
1 bag Three Cheese Tortellini
2 cans Diced Tomatoes
8 oz Cream Cheese
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet on stove brown sausage, drain and rinse. Place in crock pot.
2. Add to crock pot all remaining ingredients
3. Cook on low for 4 hours
