1 pound pork breakfast sausage
12 answers palmetto cheese pimento cheese or choice of cheese blend
2 1/4 cup Bisquick
Dash of paprika and red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Add sausage and pimento cheese to a large mixing bowl and mix to combine
Add Bisquick and spices. Knead with hands until combined in a large bowl. Scoop and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray are lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can keep them closer together since they don’t spread. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until their golden brown on top. Store in airtight container or Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to a week
