Egg Bread
11/4 corn meal
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2eggs
1T cooking oil
1 C buttermilk


You will also need:
3 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1C deboned chicken
1sleeve of saltine crackers
Chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Egg Bread mix dry ingredients into the ingredients and stir to combine. Bake 350 until golden.
After it has cornbread it into chunks and put in good processor and crumble it. To the processor add eggs, onion and pulses until well combined. Move that mixture to large bowl. In processor add the crackers and chicken and chop. Mix with cornbread, add broth until the consistency is like mushy grits.

Bake in the middle shelf of a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 50 minutes to one hour until golden.
