2 cans white beans, rinsed/drained
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 chicken breasts, cubed
1 ˝ tsp salt
˝ tsp pepper
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 4 oz. cans green chilies, drained
˝ fresh jalapeno
1 tbsp ground cumin
˝ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
˝ cup half-n-half/cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken and shred/chop. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Mix all ingredients (except cornstarch and half-n-half/cream) in slow cooker and cook on high until simmering. Reduce heat to low. Mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp broth to form paste. Stir into soup. Fold in half-n-half/cream. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
