Four large baked potatoes
2/3 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup flour
4 green onions, chopped
6 cups milk
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Three-quarter teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cool potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp. Discard skin or save for potato appetizer. In a pot melt butter. Add flour and cook one minute. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring till thick and bubbly
Add potato, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons green onions, 1/2 cup bacon and 1/2 cup cheese. Cook until heated and add sour cream. Add milk if necessary to desired consistency. Serve with remaining onions bacon and cheese
