1 16 ounce package salad macaroni
One cup diced celery
1 cup diced red onion
1 cup white onion diced
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 cup diced Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced dill pickles
1 cup diced salami
1 cup sliced and drain black olives
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
One small jar pimentos diced and drained
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Cook macaroni in 2 quarts water until al dente, about nine minutes. Don’t over cook. Rinse until cool. Drain well and let it dry out slightly. Please post it in a large bowl. Carefully fold in celery, onion, cheeses, pickles, salami and olives. Refrigerate and covered overnight or at least two hours. Mix salt, garlic, pepper, and mustard together add to salad fold in pimientos and mayonnaise. Add more mayonnaise if needed. Refrigerate again for 30 to 60 minutes.
