2 pound pot roast
1 tablespoon salt
One clove garlic
One and a half diced onion
1 1/4 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
One can Rotel
2 teaspoons cilantro
One large potato, boiled and diced
Grated cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast in pot until tender. Call me to pull a part in stringy pieces. Add other ingredients and cook on medium, stirring and mashing so meat will be crumbled. Let’s simmer 30 minutes. Put in a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up Burrito style. Fry on both sides. Garnish with cheese dip, salsa, or guacamole
