5 pounds ground venison
1 1/2 teaspoons cure
4 teaspoons canning salt
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 tablespoon white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix the cure into the meat and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then combine remaining ingredients and mix into meat. Refrigerate another 24 hours. Then put on dehydrator trays and dry at 160º until jerky consistency.
