Ingredients:  
1 cup diced cooked ham
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
One minced garlic clove
1 1/3 cups rice
One canned tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until slightly browned in the skillet. Stir in onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice. Cook until rice is lightly browned stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, salsa and water mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Covered. And bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until rice is tender
