1½ lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced 1" thick
4 T. butter, melted
1 t. thyme
1 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, lightly crushed and peeled
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Feta or parmesan cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º

Toss the potatoes in the butter, thyme and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Arrange in a single layer on a metal baking pan with an edge. Bake on the top or middle rack until golden brown, approximately 10 - 15 minutes and flip for another 10 - 15 minutes. Flip potatoes again and add the broth and garlic cloves. Roast for another 10 minutes.

Optional: sprinkle feta or parmesan cheese while hot.
