2- 8 oz. cream cheese
⅔ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon pure almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and extracts. Beat well. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin. Spoon batter into each cup - ⅔ full. Bake 325º for 22-24 minutes; until centers are almost set. Cool in pan or wire rack.
