Caramel Sauce

4 Tbsp Butter
1 C light Brown Sugar
1/2 C Half & Half or Heavy Cream
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Hot Chocolate

2 C Whole Milk
1/2 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Caramel Sauce
Whipped Cream or Mini Marshallows

Caramel Sauce
1. Mix Butter, Brown Sugar, Half & Half and Salt, in sauce pan and medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook stirring often until slightly thickened about 5 to 7 minutes. Add Vanilla and heat for additional minute and cool. or refrigerate a few minutes.


Hot Chocolate
1. Over medium heat add Milk and warm. Stir in Chocolate Chips and 1/2 C Caramel Sauce and stir until
Chocolate has melted. Serve warm topped with Whipped Cream and drizzle caramel sauce over top.
