9-inch Single Pie Crust
2 Eggs
¾ Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Cloves
2 Cups Pumpkin - Cooked and mashed
1 ⅔ Cup Light Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF

Place pie crust into pie pan.

In large bowl slightly beat eggs.

Add remaining ingredients, mix until well blended.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 425ºF for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350ºF and continue baking for 45 minutes.

You can certainly use canned pumpkin but tastes better with fresh.
