4 ounces of warm water (80-90 degrees)
3 packets of yeast
2 teaspoon of sugar
6-1/2 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, melted
3 Eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream

Fillings
1 pound ground walnuts
1 cup sugar
12 ounces evaporated milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dissolve yeast, warm water, sugar. Allow ~10 minutes to react-get a creamy layer).

Mix in all the other ingredients into a dough. Allow to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Filling - mix all ingredients together.

Roll our tough to 1/8 thick in a rectangular shape. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the dough leaving about 1 inch around the edges/boarder. Fold the boarder in on itself and begin to roll (long ways). Tuck the ends under when placing on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute or until golden brown.
