One box white or yellow cake mix
One canned fruit cocktail
Two eggs
2 1/3 c coconut
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs and coconut. Beat two minutes. Pour into greased flour 13 x 9” pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over the top. Bake at 3:25° for 45 minutes.
