1 - 5 gallon Crock
1 - 1 yard Hose(attach stick to bottom so when you transfer from one container to the other it does not
touch the bottom
1 - Wooden Paddle for stirring
4 - Empty Gallon Bottles

Directions:
Have these items available to make the brandy. Makes 4 gallons or 14 fifths of Brandy. The whole process will take 35 days.

3 gallons Boiling Water
10 lbs Sugar
2 quarts Fruit (fresh or dried)
4 Lemons
1 block Yeast
Cheese Cloth and pan to cover crock
4 boxes White Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Desolve Sugar in Boiling Water and allow to cool in 5 gallon crock. Add next three ingredients; fruit,
lemons and yeast. Let stand for 7 days, stir for 3 -5 minutes each day at the same time each day.
On seventh day add raisins and let stand for 21 days. After the 21st day syphon into four gallon bottles, but do not cap gallons. Cover with newspaper and let stand 7 days, after the seventh day syphon once again into containers and cap bottles. Ready for use aka drinking :)
