3 cups flour
Three-quarter teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
Three beaten eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 c. Mashed ripe bananas
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

Combine first five ingredients. Stir in nuts. Combine Any ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for one hour and 10 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes removing cool on wire racks ..
