Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Chicken stock
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large frying pan.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture and brown in butter.
Place browned chicken in a baking dish.
Pour chicken stock in pan to rinse pan before pouring over chicken in the baking dish. There should be enough stock to almost cover the chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 º until chicken is thoroughly cooked (about 30-40 min depending on size of chicken pieces).
Remove chicken from pan and use liquid in baking pan to make gravy.
Thicken gravy with water mixed with flour.

Serve with mashed potatoes and biscuits.
Hint - mix water and flour together in a water tight container and shake until smooth. Gradually add to liquid.
You can add bouillon to the gravy to increase flavor of gravy if needed.
