⅔ cup butter
Bread crumb mix:
½ cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp each basil and oregano
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp salt

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces with consistent size and thickness.
¼ cup dry white wine
¼ cup chopped green onions

Preheat oven 375 º
In 2 qt saucepan melt the butter.
Meanwhile, combine ingredients for bread crumb mix.
Dip chicken in butter and roll in bread crumb mix to coat.
Place in baking dish and bake near center of oven for 30-40 min or until cooked through. Chicken should be golden brown and tender.
Meanwhile add wine, green onions and parsley to remaining butter (about ½ cup).
When chicken is golden brown pour butter sauce over chicken and return to oven for 3-5 min until sauce is hot.
Serve with sauce spooned over chicken.
