8 oz macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 12oz packages and ½ cup of blended cheese mixture
2 sticks of salted butter, melted
2 packages of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Mix the melted butter and cracker crumbs until well blended.
4. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the macaroni mixture.
5. Bake until the cheese has melted.
6. Enjoy!
