Three-quarter cup flour
One and a half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Six cube steaks tenderized
2 1/4 cups milk, divided
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
One package nonfat brown gravy mix
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a shallow dish. Dridge cube steaks in flour mixture and dip in 1/2 cup milk. Dredge in flour again.
Sauté mushrooms in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat until tender. Remove from heat but keep warm
COok cube steaks in skillet coated with cooking spray for eight minutes on each side or until browned.
Remove from skillet and keep warm
Whisk together gravy mix and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Set aside
Add remaining milk to skillet stirring well. Bring to a boill. Stir and gravy mixture and mushrooms. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Serve gravy over steaks and sprinkle with pepper and parsley .
