2 c. sugar
½ c. butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream sugar, butter and eggs well. Add baking powder and buttermilk; mix well. Add flour and mix. Add nuts last; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch cake pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
