12 ounce package lasagna noodles boiled and rinsed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
One small curd small package cottage cheese
One chopped onion
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
1 pound ground beef
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 cups water
Two packages sliced mozzarella cheese
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer Beef with onion tomato paste water in Bay leaves for 30 minutes. Put in layers alternating with noodles, beef mix, cheeses, and topped with Parmesan cheese. Use 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes .
