8-10 Lb Spiral Sliced fully cooked -bone in Ham
20 oz can Pineapple coarse or crushed
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves

Directions:
1. Remove from refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before baking allow to come to room temperature
2. Combine Pineapple withe , Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and cloves, bring to boil. On medium heat simmer
20 to 30 minutes until thickened.
3. Preheat Smoker to 300º using Hickory or Pecan chips for light smoke. If using a presmoked Ham be
sure not to over smoke the Ham.
4. In roasting pan place flat side of ham.Brush a few spoonfuls of Glaze onto the Ham, reserving the
remaining glaze.
5. Cover Ham tightly with aluminum foil tent and smoke for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until internal temperature
reaches 110º..Ham is already cooked so this is warming temp.
6. Remove from Smoker and remove foil tent .
7. Raise Temperature to 400º, brush remaining Glaze all over the Ham, return Ham to Smoker, uncovered
and Bake for 15 Minutes to caramelize Glaze
8. Remove from heat and tent with foil until ready to serve.
