1/2+ Splenda, etc
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
4 Tbsp butte
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c buttermilk
1 Tbsp+2 tsp molasses
1 egg
1Tbsp Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Spray 8" round pan.
Combine flour, 1/2 c Splenda and spices in a large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside 1/3 c of crumbs.
Add baking powder, soda, buttermilk, molasses, and egg. Mix until smooth. Spoon into pan.
Add the Tbsp Splenda and 1 tsp cinnamon to reserved crumbs and sprinkle on top.
Bake 25 minutes, or until center of cake springs back when touched lightly.
