1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
15 oz black beans rinses
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
4 oz green chilies
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c sliced olives
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 c cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and chili powder in a bag. Shake chicken in bag, a few pieces at a time, until well coated.
Heat olive oil in large skillet, over medium heat. Cook chicken until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain off fat.
Combine rest of the ingredients, except rice. Mix well. Pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, and not pink. Serve over hot cooked rice.
