3 small zucchini
3 med sized yellow squash
3 TBS butter, melted
1/4 cup plus 1 TBS grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut zucchini and yellow squash in half lengthwise. Place squash, cut side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush cut sides with melted butter. Combine cheese and remaining ingredients; stir well. Sprinkle over zucchini and squash. Bake at 400º for 6 min. Broil 3 min or until lightly browned.
