Grannys Breakfast Burritos Recipe

6 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
6 12 inch tortillas
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 med. onion chopped
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. picante sauce

Can also add bell pepper, chilis etc.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper.
Set aside.
Cook sausage and onion in large skillet until sausage is brown and onion tender.
Drain sausage mixture.
Pour egg mixture into sausage mixture and add picante sauce.
Stir often Put heat on low.

Meanwhile while egg mixture is cooking;;;
Lay each tortilla on a paper towel and spread with butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 c. cheese on each tortilla.
When ready put one sixth of egg mixture on each tortilla.
Roll up folding up one end.
Wrap in paper towel.
Microwave 15 seconds or til tortilla is hot.

Place in a pan and keep warm in a low oven til ready to serve.
