Ingredients:  
6 eggs
2 cup milk
6 slices of bread - cubed
1-2 cup shredded cheese
1 lb sausage - browned
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spread ½ bread cubes into pan sprayed with non-stick baking spray.
Top with ½ of cooked sausage and then ½ cheese.
Layer next with remaining bread and then sausage.
Finish layers with remaining cheese.
Beat eggs and add milk. You may add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350º for 45 min. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
