4 ripe avacados
2 T. minced red onion
3 T. lime juice
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 tsp. tabasco
salt to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Halve avacados and scoop out flesh
mash coarsly with fork.
Mix in onion, garlic, tabasco and salt.
Stirring to blend well and mash to desired consistancy.

Serve with tortilla chips
