Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar and ½ cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Whisk dry ingredients together in separate bowl and gradually beat into creamed ingredients. Shape into tablespoon sized balls. Roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined pans. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes until edges start to brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into center of cookie. Cookie edges will crack. Press a second time after 45 seconds to make kiss stick better. Allow chocolate to harden before stacking.
