Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 squares baking chocolate
2 c boiling water
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch well. Add chocolate. Gradually stir in the boiling water.
Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm.

Best sauce for cream puffs and and cottage pudding.
