1 cup butter
6 oz cream cheese
2 cups flour
14 oz caramels
7 T evaporated milk
Pecan halves
Mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour until mixed. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until easy to handle. Roll in 1 inch balls and press into bottom and up sides of ungreased mini muffin tins. Prick bottom with fork and bake at 375º for 15-17 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan and cooling completely on wire rack. Melt caramels with evaporated milk and transfer to decorating bag. Pipe into shells. Sprinkle with mini chips and top with pecan half.
