½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 t creme de mint extract or 10 drops oil
1 ½ c flour
½ c cocoa
¼ t baking soda
¼ t baking powder
¼ t salt
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Green “jimmies”

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and flavoring. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Shape in 1 inch balls and put in greased mini muffin tins. Make depression in center. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and press bake of spoon to remake depression. Cool. Bring cream just to a boil and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until piping consistancy . Using star tip, pipe into cups and sprinkle with green “jimmies “
