1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2-4 TBS grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 450º.

2. Mix cauliflower florets and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil mixture and season with salt & pepper. Toss until everything is coated, then put on a cookie sheet or dish so it is only one layer.

3. Bake about 15 minutes, turn the cauliflower, and continue roasting about 10 more minutes, until cauliflower is soft.

4. When done, drizzle the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle cheese over cauliflower.
