¾ cup butter
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 t lemon juice
1 ¼ cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
¼ cup butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 t grated lemon peel
1-3 drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in lemon juice. Mix together flour and cornstarch and stir into butter mixture. Shape into 2 - 8 inch logs, wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice into ¼ inch slices. Place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined sheets. Bake at 350º for 8-12 minutes. Cool completely. Beat together remaining ingredients except yellow sugar until smooth. Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle with sugar.
