1 pkg vanilla cream-filled cookies (1 lb)
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
1 cup nuts chopped
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies. Place half of them on the bottom of the pan.

Cream sugar, butter and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into sugar mixture (it will look curdled).

Place this over cookie crumbs. Place pie filling on top of that, then a layer of nuts. Whip the cream and place on next. Top with the remaining half of the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
