9 c. flour
2 c. starter
7 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. veg. oil
2 T salt
10 to 12 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
The night befoer you wish to make bread mix 9 c. flour, 2c. starter and 7 1/2 c. warm water in a large mixing bowl.
Cover and leave in a warm place.
The next day use 2 c. of above mixture to replenish starter.
To the remainder of the mixture add 1 c. oil, 2 T salt then stir in flour until it forms a sticky ball.
Remove and knead on a well floured board.
Pinch into buns or cut into 4 loaves.
Dip in oil and press into pans snugly.
Allow to rise until double in size then bake at 400 until done.
Allow ample time to rise or you will end up with a weapon of unequaled hardness.
