2 lbs chicken cut-up
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz tomato diced
1/3 c carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 chicken bouillon cube
salt & pepper
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a large skillet. Over medium heat, brown chicken on all sides. Remove.
Pour off drippings. Add mushrooms and garlic. Stir over low heat until lightly browned.
Add veggies, seasonings and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil.
S & P chicken and return to pan.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, until tender.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
Stir four and water until smooth. Add to pan and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Serve.
