1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 onions, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp oil
1 chicken, cut up
2 c chopped tomato
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp organo
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c water or red wine

Directions:
In heavy saucepan, saute mushrooms, green pepper, onions and garlic in oil.
Add the rest. Cook, covered, over low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
