1 baked pie shell
2 c cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c sugar
1/2 c water
6 c raspberries or mix berries

Directions:
Directions:
Important to make this at least 8 hours before serving.
In a saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch well. Add water and raspberries, reserving some berries to decorate the top of the pie.
Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool to room temp.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the mixtures together and spread in pie shell.
Top with cooled berry mixture and refrigerate 8 hours or more to develop flavor.
