1 pkg chocolate Mc. Bundt Mix
21 oz cherry pie filing
½ tsp almond extract
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
2 drops red food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour pan. In small bowl, reserve ¼ cup pie filing.
In large bowl, blend cake mix, rest of pie filling, almond extract, and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour evenly into pan.
Add mac. mix and water to extra pie filing. Beat 75 strokes.
Spoon in ring over chocolate batter. Do not touch sides of pan. Filling should not sink.
Bake 60 minutes and cool upright in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto plate.
Cool completely before glazing. Blend glaze packet, 4 tsp water, and food coloring in small bowl until smooth. Spoon over top of cake, allowing some to run down sides.
Store loosely covered.
