1½ cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cloves
4 large eggs
1 - 29 oz. can pumpkin
2 - 12 oz evaporated milk
2 - unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and then gradually add in milk. Pour into shells.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º then bake 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 2 hours. Then refrigerate.
