5 medium potatoes
3 boiled eggs
onion
pickles
salt
pepper
½ cup salad dressing
¼ cup mustard
¼ cup pickle juice or vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on. Let cool and peel and cut in about 1" cubes. Put in large bowl and set aside.
Peel and chop eggs and add to potatoes.
Chop onion and pickles to taste and add to potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
In separate bowl mix salad dressing, mustard, and pickle juice or vinegar. Pour over potato mixture. Toss until all is covered.
