6-8 carrots, slice lengthwise

Mix:
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoon grated onion
2 Tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Ritz crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and drain.

Combine mixture with carrots.

Place in 9 x13 dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.

Heat.
