12 Eggs
3 1/2 cups Butter/Margarine ( 1 3/4 cups each Butter & Margarine)
4 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. pure Anise oil or 3 tsp of extract
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 -3 Tbs Whiskey
6 1/2 cups Flour

Mix thoroughly in order listed. Be sure batter is thick enough for proper consistency before baking in the pizelle iron. Using about 1/2 tsp of batter drop in ball on iron and bake according to iron directions. Cool and keep in sealed airtight tin or container to keep fresh.
