1/2 c oat fiber
3/4 c sweetener
1/2 c butter
3 eggs
1/4 c guar or xanthan gum
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla

Grease a pie plate.
Cut butter into dry ingredients until small chunks. Mix in everything else, except the berries, in food processor or with hads.
Add cranberries and mix again. Press into pie plate
Bake for 40 minutes on an oven rack in the middle or high, so bottom doesn't burn.
