5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. sugar
1 large can pumpkin
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Mix together this makes a large batch so make sure and use an extra large bowl and makes several loaves depending on the size of pans you use. (by the way there is not a typo, there really are no eggs in this recipe)
I like to add "extras" - I will add white chocolate chips to a couple, some cranberry sauce to some, I am not a fan of nuts but you could add those too...you choose! Sometimes I get crazy and add both white chips and cranberries!
Bake at 350 degrees in bread or loaf pans 1 hour or until cake tester in center comes out clean or until it smells done and delicious.

My family loves this bread and anything pumpkin! If you make if let me know, would love to hear what you add extra...but honestly its delicious just the way it is!
