Pie/tart scrust dough
5 c wild blueberries
3/4 sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/ 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough and fill a tart pan. Prick crust thoroughly. Bake 5-10 minutes at 400º, until golden.
Filling:
Combine the berries with sugar over very low heat. Berries will thaw and sugar will melt.
Combine cornstarch with small amount of water to make a slurry and add to berry mixture. Stir thoroughly to blend cornstarch evenly.
Cook until thickened and clear, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temp. Stir in lemon juice and fold in sour cream. Pour into cooled crust and chill for least an hour.
Optional: sprinkle thinly sliced almonds on top
